PROJECT STAGES

01	PROJECT MEETING
	Brief and materials (AutoCAD, 3D, jpeg) following the Project Meeting, the meeting with customer and required space etud are taken into evaluation by design department

02	TILE DESIGN
	Firstly, a tile project designing is carried out by means of computer environment for the areas where tile application is requested. Completed design outlines are submitted to the customer.

03	PATTERN DRAWING
	In order to convert approved tile project to original patterns, the tiles are supported by our expert tile designers having academical knowledge to make the final controls.

04	COLOR SAMPLE
	The colours, which are selected from colour scala, consist of about 200 shades and are approved by the customer before production and taken into production with specified product codes.

05	PATTERN TRANSFER
	Figures from the design department are transferred onto the tiles base with a method called needling that makes use of coal dust.

06	TILE PRODUCTION
	The tile project starts its 60-day journey that begins from biscuit making to embossing, from lining to baking.

07	QUALITY CONTROL
	Once their color, design and measurements are controlled, completed tiles are dispatched to the desired address.

08	ASSEMBLY
	Tile assembly, which requires expert handling, is performed by our team with care and delicacy.
