MEVLANA EXHIBITION / RIGA - LATVIA

On the occasion of Mevlana's (Rumi) 800th anniversary of his birth, the Turkish Foreign Ministry and the Estonian Latvian Lithuanian Friendship Association of Turkey opened an exhibition with Anikya Iznik Tiles in Riga. The exhibition held at the Riga State Museum, Anikya brought the life and philosophy of Mevlana (Rumi) with the very special designs through Iznik Tiles. The works received great acclaim.

Within the Turkish Week, which was organized by the Foreign Ministry of Turkey in Tallinn, Anikya Iznik Tile and Hikmet Barutçugil presented the arts of marbling and tiling to the Estonian.
